Alexander Troullier
Founder & CEO
Alexander Troullier founded Tribeca Living in 2020 to bring twenty years of property investment and capital-raising experience to the Marbella advisory market. The practice today serves international families and investors from across the DACH region, the Nordics, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
Before founding Tribeca Living he held senior commercial roles in international financial services and private investment — heading institutional fund-raising and client relations across the Nordics, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, following an Economics degree and MBA at Imperial College London. It was there he developed the discipline that defines the practice today: structuring transactions around long-term client interest rather than transaction velocity.
Tribeca Living is founder-led and independently owned. There are no external shareholders and no competing interests: every engagement is advised personally by Alexander, from the first conversation to the notary.

We coordinate, we do not extract. The architects, fiscalistas, lawyers, notaries and gestores in our network are independent practices selected for craft, not for fee-share. Our role is to make their work coherent for our clients.
